Need to Cancel Your Reservation?

Every reservation we receive is important and special to us. While we understand that life isn't always predictable and that plans change, we do request that you contact us no less than 7 (seven) days prior to your check-in date to let us know of your changes, when booking outside of AirBNB. At that time, your deposit will be refunded, less a $20 cancellation fee. If you book direct vs. through AirBNB (our preferred method of booking), the policy is slightly different but detailed at the time of booking on AirBNB.

Note: During our Peak Season (Pheasant Hunting Season - the 2nd or 3rd weekend of October through the end of November) - we do require that you cancel 4 (four) months prior to your stay to receive your deposit, less a $20 cancellation fee. Again, if you book direct through AirBNB, that policy is slightly different.
